COVID-19 palliative: CBN to credit successful applicants’ accounts within 48hours
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has said all successful applicants under the COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility (TCF), will have their accounts credited within 48 hours.
This was disclosed by CBN Director, Corporate Communications Department, Isaac Okorafor, in Abuja on Monday.
Okoroafor advised those whose accounts have not been credited to visit the website of NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank (www.nmfb.com.ng) and fill in their account details.
He, however, assured that all successful household and SME applicants will be paid within two days.
“All successful Household and SME applicants who have submitted their account details for the CBN N50bn COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility should expect their accounts to be credited within 48 hours of such submission, otherwise they should call 09010026900,” a tweet from CBN’s verified handle read.
The apex bank also confirmed it had waived the requirement for the provision of guarantors by households and small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
