Doctor Gets Car As Val Gift from Secret Admirer

A medical doctor by the name Dr. Halima Abubakar, has took to her Twitter handle to share the special present given to her by by an anonymous (secret admirer). 
According to her, “This   was delivered to me at my hospital this morning by an anonymous (secret admirer) for Valentine. All I could find was the card on the backseat. What should I do?”.
