Ihejirika Visits Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Assures Him Of His Commitment (Photos)

Former Chief of Army Staff (CoS) and Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Lt. Gen. Azubuike Onyeabor Ihejirika Rtd visited the former governor of Abia State and senator representing Abia North, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu at Kalu’s country home in Igbere, Abia State.

According to IgbereTV reports, the private visit took place in the evening of Wednesday 17th March 2021. The Abia North APC zonal chairman, Chief Chris Ajah present, few relatives, and aides of the former Chief of Army staff were equally on ground during the visit.

After a long friendly discussion and dinner, Lt. General Azubuike Ihejirika Rtd and Chief Chris Ajah appreciated the distinguished senator for his presence on the day Ihejirika formally joined the APC and for all his complimentary comments.

Ihejirika assured Orji that he joined APC at the right moment even though the senator and numerous others have been trying to convince him for a while. He revealed that he joined because he knows he has so much to contribute to the party, Nigeria, and the state in particular.

He assured the distinguished senator of a harmonious relationship and his commitment to the party.

Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu appreciated the former Chief of Army Staff for joining the APC and also for finding it worthy to visit him. Kalu revealed that these are the little things that are usually forgotten but are extremely valuable.

He welcomed the chief and urged him to contribute to the growth of the party, Nigeria, and the state. He assured the former chief of his openness and readiness to work with him to move the country forward.
