Just In: Lagos may prosecute Funke Akindele over house party…as Naira Marley’s yet to turn himself in
Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele may be prosecuted today. She is likely to be charged before Ogba Magistrate Court 1 at about 11 a.m today.
The prosecuting team will be from the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP).
The actress on Saturday organised a house party to celebrate her husband JJC’s birthday at her residence in Amen Estate Ibeju-Lekki in Lagos
This violated the total lockdown for residents of Lagos state and social distancing preached by the government.
Some of the dignitaries that attended the party included; Naira Marley, Rasheed Gbadamosi, a former Lagos state governorship aspirant among others.
Meanwhile,as the ime of filing in this report Naira Marley and others are yet to turn themselves in to Lagos authorities.
