Mudashiru Yusuf: Former Super Falcons’ coach dies
Citynewsng.com reports Mudashiru Yusuf was announced dead by the Nigeria Football Federation on Saturday afternoon, August 22 as the football body wrote on its official social media handle.
Yusuf was once the coach of the Super Falcons and also had a managerial role at the Nigeria Under 17 national team, the Golden Eaglets.
Media officer for Osun United Football Club Tajudeen Amodu disclosed that Yusuf died at a private hospital in the Osun state capital of Oshogbo on Saturday. His remains have been buried on Sunday amid tears from relatives and well-wishers.
