Wale Adeoba floats foundation, names media agency
As the effects of the coronavirus pandemic bite harder, it has become increasingly imperative for entrepreneurs to reach out and complement the efforts of the government in tackling many societal deficiencies.
It is in light of this that the cerebral chief executive officer of Wale Adeoba Productions Inc, Wale Adeoba, fondly called Mr. Packaging, officially floated OYA Awards Foundation.
To Adeoba, being a hero doesn’t have anything to do with wearing cape or posing for selfies.
“Before now, we have been doing the little we can do in reaching out to the people in need without publicising it. But now that we suddenly realised that the government can’t do all in the face of a novel pandemic as coronavirus, we decided to double our efforts and help our communities legally.
“So my team and I came together to give our charity activities a face. Hence, the Wale Adeoba Foundation.”
In a similar vein, Adeoba also revealed Freelart Limited as the official media agency for all offerings on the stable of Wale Adeoba Productions, which include Ogo Yoruba Awards, Ogo Yoruba Radio and OYA Awards Foundation.
According to the agency boss, Victor Ojelabi, as the Wale Adeoba brand continues to grow, Freelart has what it takes to take it to the next level.
“Working on OYA brand is an opportunity to show the industry that we have come of age and ready to take on bigger challenges,” Ojelabi said.
While Wale Adeoba Foundation commences its service to humanity, Adeoba appeals to Nigerians to stay safe and obey safety measures put in place by the governments in ensuring COVID-19 is contained.
