Organised Labour in Nigeria is calling on both government and private sector employers to implement the various insurance policies designed as part of welfare packages aimed at increasing workers productivity.

The call was made by deputy president of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Joe Ajaero at a briefing in honour of late General secretary of the Medical and health workers Union of Nigeria, MHWUN, Silas Adamu.

MHWUN President, Biobelemoye Josiah berates the Nigerian Government over poor state of federal and states roads while promising to uphold the legacy of the late labour leader.

Silas Adamu died along with his wife and daughter in an auto crash last week on Abuja-kaduna expressway.
