The Omoyele Sowore led- African Action Congress, AAC has called on Nigerians to ensure oppressors are voted out in 2023 for democracy to survive in the future.
This was part of the resolution reached at the party’s National Executive Committee, NEC held in Abuja.
The NEC advised the Federal Government to draw lessons from the year 2020 Uprising such as the #EndSARS, the RevolutionNow, police brutality among other huge challenges confronting the nation.
It also held that the independent national electoral commission, INEC needs to stop working with desperate politicians to avoid creating factions among members of the opposition parties.
The NEC is constituted by all members of the National Working Committee, NWC and State Working Committees SWC of the thirty-six states which met under the backing of sections (112) of the party’s constitution to discuss numerous developments in the party and the country.
