UWSL: Oshoala makes history in Bay FC’s win over Racing Louisville
Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala set another record after becoming the first-ever Bay FC player to score a penalty in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
Oshoala netted the decisive goal in Bay FC’s 1-0 win at Racing Louisville.
The striker sent the goalkeeper the wrong way from the spot 14 minutes from time.
It would be recalled that she scored her new club’s first-ever goal on her debut in the USA.
The former Barcelona player has now scored three goals for Bay FC since linking up with the club.
Her international teammate, Uchenna Kanu didn’t make Racing Louisville’s matchday squad for the game.
