Today, we mark a significant milestone in our nation’s history as we celebrate 64 years of independence. As we reflect on our journey, we renew our commitment to building a brighter and stronger Nigeria for all.

According to Moremi Ojudu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement (South-West), “Our strength lies in our diversity, and together, we can achieve greatness. Let us continue to inspire hope, transform lives, and work hand-in-hand toward the Nigeria of our dreams.”

As we commemorate this momentous occasion, we honor the sacrifices and contributions of our founding fathers and mothers who fought tirelessly for our freedom. We also recognize the progress we have made as a nation and acknowledge the challenges that still lie ahead.

As we move forward, we are committed to creating a Nigeria where every citizen, young and old, has the opportunity to thrive. A Nigeria where diversity is celebrated, and everyone has access to equal opportunities.

Let us come together to build a nation that is just, equitable, and prosperous for all. Let us continue to inspire hope and transform lives.

Wishing all Nigerians a joyous Independence Day!
