Digital solution company, Globacom has expressed its readiness to partner Bowen University on digital services like Glo Learning Management System (LMS), Toll-Free Data, and Mobility services to accelerate the development of the University.
Speaking at a business meeting with the Vice Chancellor of Bowen, Globacom’s Enterprise Business Lead, Adeniyi Odejobi, stated that the company pioneered revolutionary changes in the telecommunications industry in Nigeria in the last two decades.
He described Globacom as a leading digital solutions provider, servicing enterprises, SME’s, big sized corporate entities, public sector organizations, universities and millions of individuals all over Nigeria.
He highlighted Globacom’s innovations which have contributed massively to the growth of the nation’s telecoms industry, including the Glo 1 international submarine cable and Introduction of several to notch digital services. “Because of Globacom, every Nigerian today can afford a telephone line”, Odejobi explained further.
The University’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Jonathan Oyebamiji Babalola, commended Globacom for its steadfast commitment to provision of seamless digital services to Bowen University over the years.
He expressed his delight in doing business with Globacom and encouraged the company to maintain its uninterrupted services. He also requested Globacom’s support for the university’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
