Tobi Adegboyega, a UK-based Nigerian pastor, has reacted to reports that he is set to be deported following an alleged £1.87 million fraud which saw his church, SPAC Nation, shut down.
Responding through a video shared on Instagram, Adegboyega said his supporters have nothing to worry about.
He added that he has “survived all sorts” being in the UK, “a city that is well known for pulling people down”.
“So, the matter they are propagating now is the smallest of matters,” he said.
He told his followers not to panic because he has survived worse, more than any man of colour living in the UK. He added that Nigerians should be proud of him for surviving every persecution.
“Nothing has changed, nothing will change,” he assured his followers.
Watch him speak in the video below.
