Why I Can’t Post Proof Of My Cancer Diagnosis Online – Blessing CEO

Relationship expert Blessing CEO has addressed calls from critics asking her to share proof of her reported illness, explaining why she will not post her medical results online.

Naija News reports that she said the documents from her tests are not something the general public can easily understand, adding that such reports require proper medical knowledge to interpret.

According to her, some of her close associates have already taken the results to medical experts outside the country for further review.

She made this known in a video shared on her Instagram page on Thursday, where she reacted to doubts surrounding her claim of having stage four breast cancer.

She stated that her decision to speak about her condition was not for financial gain but to open up about her situation, adding that the support she has received from followers has been overwhelming.

The influencer explained that she does not see the need to release the documents publicly, insisting that only qualified doctors can make sense of them.

She also said she is willing to present the results privately if approached by the right people.

Speaking further, she said she had little knowledge about cancer before her diagnosis and admitted that the situation left her confused and emotional.

She noted that she decided to share her experience after being encouraged by close friends, who believed she should not go through the situation alone.

She said: “I can’t put my result on social media because a lot of you cannot make a meaning out of it. Only medical doctors can. I don’t need multiple analyses. If you want the result or if someone prominent reaches out, I am going to share all the evidence.

“The aim was not to beg for money. I was completely clueless because I didn’t know anything about cancer. The goal was to be vulnerable, not to beg Nigerians for money. A lot of my followers have been with me since I started social media and have become closer than family. I broke down, and I posted because my friends insisted that I could not do this alone.”
