The Ogun State Government has announced plans to register an additional 100,000 farmers under the Ogun State Farmer Information Management System (OGFIMS), bringing the total number of registered farmers to 160,000. Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. Bolu Owotomo made this known during the OGFIMS workshop on Farmers and Value Chain Actors’ registration exercise at the Ogun State Economic Transformation Project (OGSTEP) training hall.
